Guo Feng is not patient and he is not kind.
Guo Feng does envy, does boast and is proud.
Guo Feng is rude (at times), self-seeking, is easily angered and he keeps record of wrongs.
Guo Feng does delight in evil (at times) but does not always rejoices with the truth.
Guo Feng does not always protects/trusts/hopes/perseveres.
BUT...Guo Feng knows Jesus and Jesus is all of that he isn't.
With Jesus, Guo Feng can change all that.

Yes, I know...i am a Christian called to be a student...not the other way arnd...
sometimes, i can't help but grumble at the whole load of things in front of me right now...
adapting to a new CG...
serving in the sound ministry...
starting sch soon...so sch work is gonna be on my mind too...
fussing and getting headaches abt wanting to help a sheep to come back to God...
really hope to see a sec sch fren to experience God again...
have this burden for my course mates...i wanna win SPMS for Jesus...how am i suppose to go forward frm here?
sowing ain't easy...it gets to a point of frustration
buidling up brothers in the uni district...we need to all grow!
impact the uni ministry...somehow...
yea...it's so easy to wallow in self-pity...boo-hoo no one's with me in this fight...blah blah blah...which i got myself into last week...bleh...sick...i m sick of myself...whiny prick!
anw...all i can say now is...
God...i need ur intervention!
without You, i am so dead...seriously...
pls pls pls...show me a way somehow...i beg of You!

The Truth About Freedom
Was pondering about the real meaning of freedom in the name of Jesus on the train today...
I guess it was due to a song by Planetshakers that popped into my iPod...
As believers of Jesus, we are told that we are free from the chains and bondages of sin.
We are free from the many worries of the world, but it doesn't mean a worry-less life.
It doesn't mean that by being a Christian, I will no longer have troubles, sickness, pain, etc.
We always hear pastors saying we are free from such and such things...so why are we still not living the trouble-free life we've been waiting for??
I guess it all boils down to how we have misinterpreted the true meaning of freedom...
Freedom from pain (for example) does not mean the absence of it.
Just like how freedom from sin does not mean the absence of it.
True freedom means that we are no longer bugged down by it, we no longer feel powerless by it. It means that even it comes back to haunt us, we can no longer be haunted by it because we can face it straight and with courage because we have Christ. It provides us with this hope to face with Him and not alone.
We have Christ that has come before us and fight this battle for us on our behalf!!
Deuteronomy 20:4
"For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory."
